    Buttered Noodles

    You can't go wrong with buttered noodles. This is a delicious high carb side dish that kids love.

    These buttered noodles seem to be a big hit with picky eaters. They are great alone or paired with a stew or meat dish. It is simple and easy to make.  I grew up eating buttered noodles so for me they bring back lots of fond memories from my childhood.  You can serve with a salad or toss in some diced carrots and peas too.

    You can't go wrong with buttered noodles. This is a delicious high carb side dish that kids love. It is a nice vegetarian side dish too.

    Buttered Noodles

    Ingredients

    • 1 box Pasta prepared according to box directions
    • ½ stick butter
    • 3 T half and half cream
    • Parsley optional

    Instructions

    • Mix hot, cooked noodles with butter.
    • Once butter has melted, stir in half and half.
    • Once combined scoop on plate and top with Parsley.
    • Serve right away.
