Can you freeze Philadelphia Cooking Creme?

Can you freeze Philadelphia Cooking Creme? Yes, you can freeze it! It works fine because you are cooking with it! The best process I have found is to thaw it in the fridge and then microwave it to smooth. After it is smooth then cook with it just like on the package instructions.

Can you freeze Philadelphia Cooking Creme?

By freezing you can extend the life by 4 to 6 months. Just write the date you put it into the freezer with a permanent marker, so you know how long it has been frozen.

Here is a favorite recipe that we make with Philadelphia Cooking Creme called Playdate Pasta.

I live in Iowa and I have searched high and low for the original cooking creme and can't find it anywhere......I think they have gotten rid of it. Too bad because we loved to use it.

it's 4 months after the date at the bottom, is it still safe (from food poisoning) to use?
