This Caramel Brownie Sundae recipe is perfect for summertime dessert treat! My boys and I love ice cream during the summer. It is so refreshing on a hot day.
But it can become expensive going out to the local ice cream shops, so I decided to make a Caramel Brownie Sundae at home. I am so glad I did, because it tasted amazing.
All you do for this delicious dessert is layer brownie, ice cream, caramel syrup, whipped cream and finish with a cherry. The day before I enjoyed this scrumptious Caramel Brownie Sundae, I had made Mocha Brownies, so I used a piece of brownie from that dish. You can use your favorite flavor of ice cream, I used Caramel Vanilla Crunch which is a Kroger brand flavor. Be sure to try this sweet summertime recipe, you will not be disappointed!
