Easy Copycat Gingerbread Latte Recipe - Saves you time and money!

It is the holiday season! It is my favorite time of the year! Why? Because it is time for gingerbread, pumpkin and peppermint EVERYTHING! Best of all it is time for holiday flavored coffee! I have seen MANY recipes for Copycat Starbucks Gingerbread Latte floating around pinterest. Each of the recipes that I saw required you to make a ginger syrup base then added milk, coffee and spices. I was literally craving a Gingerbread Latte but didn't want to drive to the coffeehouse when it clicked!

Easy Copycat Gingerbread Latte Recipe - Saves you time and money!

I made myself a cup of coffee then I added 2 tablespoon of International Delight Gingerbread Latte Creamer and a pinch (⅛ tsp) of cinnamon. I stirred it  really well and then I topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It was AMAZING! Now this is a REALLY easy way to make a copycat version of the Starbucks Gingerbread Latte.

I know it technically isn't a latte but I don't have an espresso maker.  I can only imagine if I did that this would be even closer to the "real thing".  However this copycat version tastes amazing and best of all by making it at home it is gluten free! I was elated with the savings that I was able to have and by not leaving my house I not only saved money but I also saved time.  I am sure you will love it too!  It would be perfect on Christmas morning or at a holiday brunch (or any day).
