Crockpot Country Style Chicken Recipe is so good with only 4 ingredients! I loved this recipe so much that it is on our Menu Plan for next week. My younger children wanted seconds and they never get a second unless it is something they truly love. Of course I also like that I can dump everything into the slow cooker and go about my day. I have been so busy with kids, homework, Cub Scout meetings and trying to make sure everyone is at football practice and games on time. So this crockpot dinner meal came in handy the day I made it!
When I made this delicious Crockpot Country Style Chicken Recipe I served Funeral Potatoes and Fried Corn. It was a great comfort meal on a busy day and everyone was fulfilled. This would be an easy recipe for Sunday Dinner when I have all of my family over to visit. In fact my kids loved this meal and requested it again. For dessert I served Crockpot Apple Crisp. To prepare as a freezer meal simply dump all your ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. When ready to cook simply thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Dump all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and cover with the lid. Cook on low for 6 hours. You can even let it cook a little longer and the chicken will start to shred.

Crockpot Country Style Chicken Recipe
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts thawed
- 1 14.5 oz can Chicken Gravy
- 1 packet dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
Place chicken in crockpot.
Mix together gravy, dry onion soup mix, and pepper.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
To thicken the sauce, mix together 1 Tbsp cornstarch and enough water to make a thin paste; add to slow cooker and stir, cook on high for 30 minutes.
