Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken is a great freezer meal recipe! This is another meal that I made while doing my crockpot freezer meal recipes. I recently spent an afternoon making 10 Crockpot Freezer Meals. and during that time I made this recipe and a previous featured recipe – Crockpot Chicken Chili (ah-mazing by the way!). Perfect for this frozen cold weather we are experiencing here in Kentucky.
You can make this recipe and cook it right away or make as a freezer meal for future use. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred, return to sauce. Serve over hot cooked rice or in a lettuce wrap. If prepping for a freezer meal place all the ingredients in gallon size freezer bag and mix well, freeze until ready to use. To make as a freezer meal be sure to write these directions on the bag: Cook on low 4-5 hours, Simply place in a freezer bag and freezer. When you are ready to cook simply thaw in the fridge overnight and thaw. Place in the slow cooker and cover.

Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 3 Tbsp oilive oil
- 1 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup soy sauce use gluten free to eliminate gluten
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Place all ingredients in freezer bag and mix well, freeze until ready to use.
- Thaw slightly and place in crockpot.
- Cook on low 4-5 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred; return to sauce.
- Serve over hot cooked rice or in a lettuce wrap.
