The day I made this Crockpot Loaded Baked Potato Soup is was a wet, cold and very gloomy day and this soup was spot on for dinner.
My husband, kids and I enjoyed it so much. There was no need for me to blend any of the soup it creamed together on it's own and that's a huge plus for me! Less work and a huge time saver! Plus I only needed simple ingredients which I had on hand in my pantry. All you need for this delicious Crockpot Loaded Baked Potato Soup is potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic, butter, cream and shredded cheese.
