Crockpot Ranch Chicken is going to be quickly added to our monthly menu plan because it is so delicious and you only need 3 ingredients to make this easy chicken dinner recipe. Yes, I said that correctly only 3 ingredients needed! Simply place your chicken tenders or breasts in the crock pot and add cream of chicken soup and ranch packet mixed with some water! It's that simple! Best of all no one will realize how easy it is to make because it tastes so good.
My husband and boys cannot wait until I make this again because it was that tasty! Best of all you can use any amount of chicken that you need to feed your family size - you can easily double or triple this recipe! It is also great with pork chops too!! If you are going to double or triple this recipe just be sure that your slow cooker has enough room in it to cook properly. I used a 4 qt sized slow cooker for this recipe.
You can also make this DIY Ranch Seasoning (Dairy Free) and DIY Cream of Chicken Soup if you want! When using the DIY Ranch Seasoning you use only 2 TBSP of the mix. By making your own you are able to control what ingredients you use while cooking. If you are going to purchase your Ranch Seasoning I suggest picking it up at a Warehouse Store like Sam's Club or COSTCO. It is great way to save money versus picking up the individual packets.
I love to serve Crockpot Ranch Chicken with Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes and Paula Deen's Corn Casserole. You can also serve with green beans and a bed of egg noodles. Whatever you family enjoys as an easy side will make this a meal that the whole family will love.
