I had the opportunity to try Dr. Praeger's Kids - Little Spinach product. I had great "hopes" that my son would try them since they were in fun shapes however much to my dismay he would NOT even give them a nibble. The color is what through him off. However I gave them a try and I really liked them. They had a soft consistency - not really like a nugget but it was still something that kids could pick up and eat with their fingers.
I think they would make a nice addition to a lunch and had Peyton eaten them young enough he would not have found the color to be off putting, I believe. So my tip is you have a little one to start them with these and then they will not find them unusual. They are gluten free and I found them to be good. They are a little expensive but I believe worth the price if your children would eat them.
Disclosure: Thanks to Dr. Praeger's for the coupon that I used to redeem to try this product. All opinions are 100% my own.
