Easy Chicken Soup that can be made in the slow cooker all day or on the stove in less than 30 minutes!

Easy Chicken Soup is a family favorite recipe in my house! This is my favorite because I can throw it in a large stockpot and it's ready in 30 minutes! If you have a slow cooker you can let it cook all day!  I came up with this recipe last year when I was feeling sick and wanted a good bowl of Chicken Soup. I went through my kitchen and grabbed some chicken tenders (you can use chicken breast too), carrots, celery, onion, dried parsley, black pepper and chicken broth.

Easy Chicken Soup that can be made in the slow cooker all day or in the pot in less than 30 minutes!

If making this recipe in a slow cooker, chop the veggies and put them in the slow cooker with the other ingredients.  I set the slow cooker to low and let it cook all day for over 8 hours.  I gave everything a stir and the chicken shredded very easily.  My family loves this  Easy Chicken Soup served with crackers.

You can easily freeze this recipe and prepare it as a freezer meal.  Simply add all of the ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to cook simply place in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.  In the morning add all of the contents to the slow cooker and cover.  Cook on low for 8 hours.

This is a naturally gluten free recipe.  It's also a healthy low carb recipe too!  If you are following the Keto Diet this recipe is Keto Friendly and I would add it to your meun.  You can also freeze it if you have leftovers. I hope your family enjoys this Easy Chicken Soup as much as we do.
