Whenever I find boneless pork chops on manager’s special I always purchase them. They work great in this recipe. I like to serve it with rice and peas. I think that is because that is what my Mom always served it with. It is so easy to prepare and perfect for a busy week night meal.
Simply add your porkchops to the crockpot. Add two cans of Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup. Next add 1 can of sliced mushrooms, well drained. Stir well. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high. If you think it needs to be thinned down then add a little water to the sauce. I personally like it thick so I don’t normally add the water. The choice is yours.

- 1 can of Sliced Mushrooms
- 8 thin porkchops
- 1 can of water
- Add porkchops to the crockpot
- Add Golden Mushroom Soup
- Add 1 can of water
- Add 1 can of mushrooms, drained
- Stir well
- Cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high
- Serve with rice
