Easy Crockpot Swedish Meatballs are so good and you only need 4 ingredients to make them! Being a busy mom of three boys I love recipes that taste good and have less than 5 ingredients. This recipe is no exception. You can put all the ingredients in the slow cooker in less than 5 minutes and then let the crockpot do all the work. The flavor profile is delicious and my boys love when I cook this recipe for dinner. In fact they ask for it all the time.
You can use a bag of frozen meatballs or use your favorite homemade meatball recipe. Just make sure if you are using your own meatball recipe to brown the meatballs all on all sides before placing into the slow cooker. To prepare simply add a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, Water and a package of Dry Onion Soup Mix to the crockpot and whisk together. Add in the frozen meatballs and cook on low for 3-4 hours. I love how simple this recipe is to prepare and when the boys are asking for seconds then I know I have a good recipe. Serve with your favorite sides.
Easy Crockpot Swedish Meatballs is a great recipe on a summer night. I also like to make this recipe when I am serving a large crowd. I served Old Fashion Mashed Potatoes and green beans along side with the Swedish meatballs. But you can also serve them over rice or egg noodles. They make a filling meal that the whole family will love.
I hope you will give this Easy Crockpot Swedish Meatball recipe a try. It is soon to be a family favorite once you do! Be sure to add this to you upcoming menu plan.
