This Easy Tuna Lettuce Wrap is perfect for lunch or dinner. With Lent season upon us I try to make creative dishes to enjoy and this year I am trying to make them healthy too. With this easy wrap you can make it at work or on the go. You only need a few ingredients to make this clean eating recipe - lettuce wraps, tuna, hard boiled egg and a lime.
Just assemble the ingredients together and squeeze the lime juice over the top and you are ready to dig right in. I was so happy with the refreshing taste and how much it filled me up. Ingredients
- 1 tuna pouch or can drained
- 3 lettuce wraps
- 2 hard boiled eggs peeled and diced
- 1 lime
Instructions
- Lay lettuce wraps on plate.
- Layer with tuna and egg.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Roll the wraps and enjoy!
