    • Minerals

    Fruits and veggies are low in calories, fat, and sodium.  They contain no cholesterol.  They can help prevent obesity and diseases including diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

    Did you know that Women ages 19 - 50 should eat 2 ½ - 3 cups of Veggies a day and 1 ½ - 2 cups of Fruit a day?
