    Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken is a delicious low carb recipe.  I was skeptical at first because I am not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar, and neither is my hubby. But much to our delight this chicken was full of flavor and quite tasty.

    This recipe uses very simple ingredients along with spices for this easy recipe. I had everything I needed to make this Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken recipe in my pantry.

    Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken is out of this world delicious! Full of flavor and quite tasty!

    You can start this recipe in the morning and when you get home from a long day you will have a scrumptious dinner waiting.  Goes great with a side of white rice or cauliflower rice.  This recipe is great if you are following the Keto Diet.  It is a Keto Friendly Recipe.

    Simply combine the dry ingredients together and rub them on the chicken. In the bottom of your slow cooker place the olive oil and garlic. Put in your chicken next and pour balsamic vinegar over everything. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.  It is that simple!

    Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken is out of this world delicious! Full of flavor and quite tasty!

    You can also easily turn this into a freezer meal.  Simply combine all of your ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze.  When you are ready to cook simply thaw in your refrigerator and place the contents into your slow cooker.  Cook on low for 8 hours, you will have a delicious Keto Diet Recipe the whole family will love.

    Ingredients

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
    • 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
    • 8 whole boneless skinless chicken thighs

    Instructions

    • Combine the dry ingredients together and rub them on the chicken.

      Best use of 20$ worth of organic, free range, humanely raised, vegetarian fed chicken breast I've ever found! 😀
