Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken is a delicious low carb recipe. I was skeptical at first because I am not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar and neither is my hubby. But much to our delight this chicken was full of flavor and quite tasty. This recipe uses very simple ingredients along with spices for this easy recipe. Simply combine the dry ingredients together and rub them on the chicken. In the bottom of your slow cooker place the olive oil and garlic. Put in your chicken next and pour balsamic vinegar over everything. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. It is that simple!
You can also easily turn this into a freezer meal. Simply combine all of your ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to cook simply thaw in your refrigerator and place the contents into your slow cooker. Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cop balsamic vinegar
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Combine the dry ingredients together and rub them on the chicken.
In the bottom of your slow cooker place the olive oil and garlic.
Put in your chicken next and pour balsamic vinegar over everything.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
