I wanted to share with you a three frugal exercise tips! These are great for when you are starting out on working on a new years resolution!
3 Frugal Exercise Tips:
- Stay active during the winter months. Shopping malls and large retail stores are good places to walk. Also check to see if local churches or schools have indoor walking tracks that you can use for free.
- Check out workout DVD's from your local library or swap with friends!
- Check for free or inexpensive exercise classes at your local library, extension office, senior center or community education.
I hope these tips help you get started in an exercise program. You don't have to spend a fortune to get started on an exercise plan. One of best tips I can share is to start parking further away from the entrance when you are going somewhere and also always use the stairs instead of elevators.
