Fruit Delight is my favorite breakfast for those mornings when I am super busy. It is very easy and quick to make. You can make these gluten free by using a gluten free English Muffin.

- 1 English Muffin toasted
- 3 strawberries sliced
- ½ peach diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Spread butter on English Muffin.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over english muffins.
- Top with strawberries and peaches.
