Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles are Gluten Free. I have to say that one thing that got me through my initial diagnosis was finding out that Fruit (and Cocoa) Pebbles are Gluten Free!  There is seriously nothing better than being able to have a cereal from my childhood that I can turn to for comfort food.  If you are like me there are days where you need comfort food to get you through.  I know it may sound funny but Fruity Pebbles are that for me.

When I was diagnosed, I began "grieving" all of the foods I could not eat but instead of getting angry or finding myself in despair I began looking for the foods I could eat.   When a huge Mega sale came along, and the sale matched with a coupon I was so excited to STOCKPILE my comfort food.  No, I don't eat Fruity Pebbles everyday but when I need it - I am happy to have a Gluten Free blast from my past that I can enjoy.

Did you know that Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles are Gluten Free?  You can make these Amazing Fruity Pebbles Treats.
