I have been working on a shopping list to help out those who have recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease or a gluten intolerance or for those who want to remove gluten from your diet for a variety of other reasons.
This is a work in progress as I will continue to update it when I find gluten free items that I love. My best advice is to eat whole foods. Shop from the outside isle at the grocery store. However there are times where you need/want a convenience food. There are some really good tasting gluten free foods and some really terrible cardboard tasting products available too. This is my personal shopping list. I hope it helps you!
