I decided to create a fun meal inspired by Dr. Seuss for his birthday! My son loved it! I will admit the green eggs were a little strange but it was fun for once a year! Celebrate Dr. Seuss with Green Eggs and Ham.
I served my green eggs and ham with this adorable Dr. Seuss Fruit Stick and Grinch Punch too! I made Grinch Cookies for dessert! This is a fun way to celebrate reading and Dr. Seuss. Which is your favorite Dr. Seuss book?
