This easy to make Grilled Chicken Salad is so tasty and good for you! It is perfect for a summer night or using leftover grilled chicken and taking to work for lunch. When it becomes grilling season I love to make grilled chicken tenders. My kids love them and I usually make three batches so we have leftovers, that can be made for another dinner or heated up for the boys to eat on the way to their baseball game.
All you need for this delicious Grilled Chicken Salad is a salad mix, tomatoes and grilled chicken cut into slices. Plus whatever dressing you may like on it. You could add cheese and your favorite dressing. I love to use fresh lemons and squeeze those over the salad and eat it that way. If you have never done this before, be sure to try it!
It is a great low carb lunch idea and it is perfect if you are following the Keto Diet. This recipe is included in our popular Beginner Keto Meal Plan.
