Homemade Guacamole is so yummy and packed full of healthy fats for your body! My friend Sally made this recipe and had me hooked on it. She loves to make her own guacamole because she loves making it fresh. She likes to serve it on a rice cake or with tortilla chips. I like making guacamole for my burritos and fajitas. The secret ingredient of this Homemade Guacamole is the essential oil but no worries if you don't have any. You can always use lemon or lime juice instead!
- 2 whole avocados
- ½ clove of garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 drops drops lemon or lime essential oil or 1 teaspoon fresh juice
- dash salt to taste
- Mash avocados in bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy!
