This Honey Cinnamon Smoothie is wonderful for those of you who are honey lovers like me! One afternoon I was craving something different and came up with this tasty ice cold beverage. I had a frozen banana in my freezer that I had flash frozen. I mixed it with coconut milk in my blender and then I was looking around to see what I could add to it. I looked in my pantry and first thing I saw was cinnamon and honey. I grabbed them and started adding to my blender. I was so happy with how this smoothie turned out. This Honey Cinnamon Smoothie is gluten free and Paleo. A great way to start the day! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Honey Cinnamon Smoothie
- 16 oz coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Mix well for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Pour in glass and enjoy!
You can adjust the amount of honey and cinnamon you use to your desire.
