This Hot Dog Octopus is a fun kid friendly snack or lunch for summer or even back to school. Peyton LOVES when I prepare his hot dog into an octopus. I like to serve with with goldfish or on a bed of ramen noodles or even mac and cheese. If you want you could “color” the noodles with blue food coloring (feel free to use natural food coloring) to make it even more authentic.
I personally normally go with goldfish though because it is easy. What I like is that I can use a Turkey Hot Dog or Hebrew National or other gluten free/nitrate free hot dog. This Hot Dog Themed Octopus would make a great menu option for a Shark Party too!

Peyton loves this Hot Dog Octopus instead of a traditional hot dog for a special lunch treat. I love to use Turkey Dogs or Hebrew National Brand 🙂
