Essential Oil That May Help Thinning Hair

How to help thinning hair. I am excited to share this tip that may you with thinning hair.  If you have thinning hair, I have a tip for you using Peppermint Essential Oil.  I shared with you the uses and benefits of peppermint oil.

This is hands down one of my favorite essential oils - I personally using it daily for headache relief and energy.  It is great with low grade fevers and hot flashes too!  I wanted to share this tip for using Peppermint Essential Oil for thinning hair.  Even if you don't have thinning hair this tip will help treat your scalp if it is dry and itchy.

    How to help thinning hair:

Use Peppermint essential oil to stimulate your scalp.  One a week massage your scalp for 5 to 10 minutes using 4 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.  Simply dampen your hair add the oil and massage.  Allow to stay on your hair for 5 to 10 minutes and then shampoo as normal.

This is NOT a cure for baldness but if you have early signs of thinning hair this is a great alternative to try. If you have an itchy dry scalp this is also a great treatment.  This will NOT be a substitute for medical treatment and always consult your physician before using.   Another benefit - it will increase your energy from the aroma.
