    How to make Carrot Hearts! The perfect addition to your kids Valentine's Day lunch or party!

    Would you like to learn How to make Carrot Hearts? My boys love whenever I make a Holiday extra special and Valentine's Day is no different. This year I decided to make these cute hearts to put in a soup for them. They absolutely loved it!  It is easy to make these festive carrots!  Follow this step by step guide.

    How to make Carrot Hearts:

    Making the Hearts is so simple. All you need to do is first peel your carrots and then cut out a wedge (see picture above). Next use your peeler to go over the cut to round it out. Then slice the carrots and now you have Carrot Hearts! The perfect addition to your kids Valentine's Day lunch or party!

    My Carrot Hearts were used in  Tortellini Soup.

      I like how you use these special hearts in soup. You could also sprinkle them on a salad or serve them with other cut up veggies with some hummus for dipping.
