I am always looking for breakfast ideas for on the go. This idea was created after we woke up late for school one morning. My son likes to eat cereal and drink a glass of milk in the morning so when we woke up late I grabbed a solo cup filled it with cereal and milk and we jumped in the car. On the way to school he ate his cereal and then "drank" his milk. Now he often asks for "to go" cereal 🙂

if you have a magic bullet or something like it you can make really quick smoothies with frozen fruit and some juice. stick a straw in the cup and go. you can even hide veggies undetected like carrots or spinach and use frozen blueberries to disguise the color. my son loves them. and of coarse you can throw in some yogurt for protein. it might sound like a pain but it really only takes a couple minutes to make.

I have a 17 and 20 yr old in college, and 9 and 11 yr olds. Everyone has such hectic sched. On Sunday I will make breakfast sand for the week ( eng muffins, egg, saus or bac and cheese). They freeze well and only take a minute in the microwave.

I like yogurt with oats and fruit.

Frozen breakfast burritos and breakfast cookies. If you make cookies with peanut butter you have protein.
