To prepare this low carb, southern roast just place it in the bottom of the slow cooker. Next sprinkle a packet of ranch seasoning and packet of au jus mix over the roast. Place 5-6 pepperconi's on the roast and a stick of butter. Place the lid on the slow cooker and let it cook all day. That is it! So simple and tastes delicious!

- 1 packet of au jus mix
- 5-6 Peperoncino peppers
- 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup
- Place the roast in a 6QT slow cooker.
- Sprinkle both packets of mix on top of roast.
- Place Peperoncino on top of roast along with the stick of butter.
- Place lid on slow cooker and set to low for 10 hours.
- Remove roast and serve.
