Slow Cooker Southern Roast Recipe
- 3-5 lb chuck roast
- 1 packet of Ranch Seasoning mix or homemade mix
- 1 packet of au jus mix
- 5-6 Peperoncino peppers
- 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup
Place the roast in a 6QT slow cooker.
Sprinkle both packets of mix on top of roast.
Place Peperoncino on top of roast along with the stick of butter.
Place lid on slow cooker and set to low for 10 hours.
Remove roast and serve.
