Here is a kitchen tip on using split chicken breasts. I love cooking with Split Chicken Breasts because it is so easy and fast!! Put your split chicken in a crock pot, cover with 2.5 cups of water, and cook over night on low. In the morning take your split chicken out of the crock pot. Let it cool, remove from bone, and place in a zip loc bag until needed. You can find these on sale often – it is a great way to save.
