If you are newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease or a Gluten Intolerance this is the book for you. It breaks it town "Barney Style". When I was first suspecting that I had a Gluten Intolerance before my diagnosis of Celiac Disease this book was so helpful to me.
Not necessarily one I would suggest purchasing, I would for sure try to check it out at the library. However, a great and easy read. I read it cover to cover in less than 24 hours and it really helped me through the first weeks of the process of going Gluten Free.
I love how the chapters are broken down so that you can skip what is not of interest to you (for example raising a Gluten Free child) and so forth. Filled with LOADS of information, I would suggest this book to those with a family member who has been diagnosed too!
Right now you can purchase it at Amazon.com for $9.99 - a great price!
They also offer a pocket guide - Kindle Edition for only $2.99 - I don't have this one but I would consider it.
