    Lorax Truffula Trees

    If you are looking for a fun and easy craft to celebrate Dr. Seuss, then Lorax Truffula Trees is the project for you!  It is so easy to make Lorax Truffula Trees and the kids will love using them!

    Lorax Truffula Trees - An easy craft for a Dr. Seuss Party

    This is a great craft to share with your kids' classes, preschool, Moms Club, Girl Scouts or play group.  This craft is a great way to celebrate Dr. Seuss birthday on March 2nd for Read America Week!

    Lorax Truffula Trees
    In case you are celebrating Dr. Seuss birthday this would be a great craft!  You may also like to make Grinch Cookies and Grinch Punch. You may even want to go all out and serve Green Eggs and Ham and Dr. Seuss Fruit Stick for dinner for your Dr Seuss celebration too!

    Theodor Seuss Geisel wrote 46 children's books in his life.  Geisel's birthday, March 2, has been adopted as the annual date for National Read Across America Day, an initiative on reading created by the National Education Association.

    Lorax Truffula Trees:

    Supplies:

    Pencils
    Pom poms
    Glue

    Directions:

    Glue the Pom Poms to the pencil top or use a glue dot. Add to a Mason Jar or turn an orange mug into the Lorax as pictured above and there you have your Lorax Truffula Trees.

    This complete project was $3.00 all of the items purchased at the Dollar Tree.
