Have you heard of Miracle Noodles? I was actually introduced to these noodles right after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. A friend of mine told me about this gluten free, carb free noodle. They are actually Shirataki noodles and have been eaten in Asia for 2000 years. They are made of healthy natural fiber from yams called Glucomannan. It is a naturally calorie, fat and carbohydrate free food.
