Mixed Berry Salad is a refreshing salad perfect for lunch or a light dinner. I made this salad ahead of time the other night and put it in a mason jar to take on a lunch outing that I had the next day. Be sure to check out Salad in a Jar. I used fresh ingredients that I had in my fridge to make this very easy salad.
If you use a gluten free salad dressing or make your own from olive oil, lemon juice and garlic this becomes a great Paelo lunch on the go!
