This Mocha Coffee Milkshake is delicious. Coffee, Chocolate and Ice cream, does it get any better than this combo?  A great way to cool down on a hot day.

    Mocha Coffee Milkshake

We spent a hot afternoon at the pool recently and on the way home she asked me if I could make her a milkshake when we got home.  Of course I said yes!  My aim is to please.

Well after we showered I opened the fridge to find that the milk was expired! YUCK!  I mean way expired.  Of course I had milk in freezer but we didn't have time to wait for it to thaw.  I saw the International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee carton and thought to myself....hmm, this might just be a delightful way to make a milkshake!

Indeed it was.  Like I said, there is nothing better than Coffee, Chocolate and Ice cream.  With just three ingredients (and whipped cream of course) we created a tasty afternoon treat and some summer fun!

With the smile of my niece's face I knew that I had a winner!  She was in love with our creation.  We sat on the back porch swing and had some fun girl time while we enjoyed the Mocha Coffee Milkshake together.  The time together on this hot summer day was priceless.  I am so thankful she asked me for milkshake and that we created this memory together.  I really knew it was a winner when she asked me for another one the next night.

You could use any variety of International Delight Iced Coffee - I think Vanilla with Caramel Syrup would be divine! Don't forget Caramel Macchiato - oh that sounds amazing too!  Hmm, guess I better get to the store so we can create more summer memories together 🙂
