    Noodles & Company Review

Noodles & Company Review. Have you tried Noodles & Company?  We were asked to review Noodles & Company and I have to say we loved it!  My son loves noodles and I love to be able to offer him something as an alternative to the typical "fast food" when we are dining out.

Not only am I able to offer him an alternative to "fast food" I am able to offer him healthy alternatives to burgers and nuggets that include vegetables and fresh ingredients. While were reviewing the product we learned that Noodles & Company uses only fresh ingredients and that they dispose of everything after a 24-hour period if it is not used.  That means a lot to me that they don't use frozen or outdated product.

    Noodles & Company Review

Do you find it difficult to incorporate vegetables into your child's diet?  I often have to find ways to "sneak it in".  I make popsicles with juice that contains vegetables, I make my own marinara sauce and sneak in carrots, green peppers and other vegetable purees. What type of methods have you found to incorporate vegetables for your children?  I always find it difficult to "sneak in" healthy options when it comes to dining out and that is one reason why I like alternatives like Noodles & Company.  One dish that really sticks out on the menu is the new Asparagus & Lemon Linguine dish.

It was light and fresh and the perfect dish for summer. It features snow peas, asparagus, red onions and mushrooms.  The sauce was light and "lemony" in flavor.  At first, I thought it was "too much lemon" but by the last bite the dish had won me over.  I was surprised when I ordered that the cashier told me that if I didn't like what I ordered that I could exchange it for a new dish.

It really took me by surprise.  In fact, later when speaking to the General Manager he told me that they offer "free tastings" where small groups can come in and taste a variety of dishes for free!  Now, this frugal Mom was all over that!  Check with your local Noodles & Company to see if they also offer free tastings.  The location where we visited was in Florence, KY.

In addition to the new Asparagus & Lemon Linguine dish, we sampled an Asian dish, Pad Thai, which I loved, a Mediterranean Dish, Penne Rosa which was really good and an American Dish, Wisconsin Mac & Cheese which was one of the best Mac & Cheese I had ever eaten.  In addition, excellent customer service, the variety was excellent, and the fresh ingredients were amazing.

Have you eaten at Noodles & Company?  If so, I would love to hear what your favorite dish is?

Disclosure:  I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Noodles & Company and received Noodles & Company bowl cards coupons to facilitate my review.

Oh my goodness this place is super yummy. I use to have one a few blocks from my work in San Francisco and it was addicting 😉 The sauce for their pot stickers is out of this world. I so wish there was one of these in my neighborhood. You brought back memories from my good ole times working in bustling downtown San Francisco 🙂

This is one of my favorite places to eat if I have time to sneak it in during work. I always get the Pesto Cavatappi but would LOVE to give the Penne Rosa dish a try!

Thanks for the great review. The food sounds fabulous and the price is right. I also like that they have a lot of dishes that my 4 year old will eat. We'll have to go try it out soon!

I have eaten there once and liked it. I would go back again and try different items just to taste other styles (Mediterranean and Asian, etc). I went with my husband and he was not as impressed as I was, but a lot of men do not like to eat healthy or try different things. This would be a good place for a girls' night out!
