    Orange Banana Fruit Smoothie

Orange Banana Fruit Smoothie is perfect for a summertime treat. My boy loves this smoothie and is the most requested during the summertime. After a morning and afternoon of swimming they love to come home and have this refreshing drink. I must admit that I love to make it for them because I love them too!

Did you know you can freeze bananas?  That is a great tip for over ripe bananas or bananas that you find on managers special. This is a great way to save money when you make fruit smoothies. This one is packed full of nutrients and vitamin C. My son really enjoys this Orange Banana Fruit Smoothie after working out and it refreshes and energizes him. Be sure to give this recipe a try.
