After a morning and afternoon of swimming they love to come home and have this refreshing drink. I must admit that I love to make it for them because I love them too!

Orange Banana Fruit Smoothie
- 16 oz coconut milk
- 1 seedless cara orange peeled
- 1 banana
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
Place all ingredients into blended.
Serve right away and enjoy!
You can use any orange just make sure you remove all seeds before putting it into the blender. You can also add 1/2 cup ice to make this more like a slushy.
