Pineapple Smoothie is so refreshing and tastes delicious!

Pineapple Smoothie is one of my favorite fruit clean eating smoothies to enjoy in the afternoon. It has a refreshing taste and went perfect in my monkey cup that my boys got me for Christmas 🙂 Pineapple Smoothie always seem to give me the right pick-me-up feeling when I start feeling sluggish in the afternoon. I always have frozen pineapple in my freezer because when they are on sale at the store I stock up on them and flash freeze it. If you want to learn how to flash freeze fruit for your smoothies click here. Pineapple Smoothie is so refreshing and tastes delicious!
