Pineapple Smoothie is one of my favorite fruit clean eating smoothies to enjoy in the afternoon. It has a refreshing taste and went perfect in my monkey cup that my boys got me for Christmas 🙂 Pineapple Smoothie always seem to give me the right pick-me-up feeling when I start feeling sluggish in the afternoon. I always have frozen pineapple in my freezer because when they are on sale at the store I stock up on them and flash freeze it. Weight Watchers Points Plus = 2 Points
- 16 oz coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoon honey
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smoothy.
- Pour into cup and enjoy.
You can always store leftovers in fridge. But it is best to consume smoothie that day.
