Pumpkin Cream Cheese Waffles are perfect to serve this fall.  I think they would be an easy breakfast recipe on Halloween or Thanksgiving morning.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Waffles are perfect for fall!

These amazing waffles are so delicious and full of pumpkin taste! My hubby even added a little bit of pure maple syrup to his and he wanted seconds right away.  My boys wanted extra whipped cream on theirs.  You can use store bought whipped cream or make the whipped cream using this recipe --> Homemade Whipped Cream.

Did you know that you can freeze cream cheese?  It works great and saves money!  I like to purchase cream cheese in bulk on sale and stockpile it for recipes.  Check out this post Can You Freeze Cream Cheese to find out how!  A great way to save money is making your own Pumpkin Pie Spice.   I also love to make my own homemade pumpkin puree for this recipe too!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Waffles are perfect for fall!

To prepare the pumpkin cream cheese simply mix together the pumpkin and cream cheese in a small bowl.  Once the mixture is smooth add pumpkin pie spice and sugar (for sweeter tasting cream cheese add 3 tablespoon otherwise add 2 Tbsp) and mix well together. Spread the mixture over the waffles. Add whipped cream to top  and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.  You can add maple syrup if you desire.

We hope you enjoy these delicious Pumpkin Cream Cheese Waffles!  They are perfect for fall breakfasts and Thanksgiving morning.
