Quick and Easy Weeknight Meals Menu Plan to help save you time and money on dinners this week!

Check out this Quick and Easy Weeknight Meals Menu Plan. Back to school is in full force!  It is time to get into a fall routine. If you are like me life is hectic trying to juggle homework and after school activities. It seems like we are always on the go.  The one thing that I won't sacrifice though is a dinner at home with the family.  Even if we have to eat it in shifts, I prepare a home cooked dinner every night.

I love how Honeysuckle White turkey is ideal for quick, weeknight meals. From cooking a bone-in breast or a boneless turkey breast in the slow cooker on the weekend and then using the meat in various recipes during the week, to easy one-dish recipes with ground turkey or sausage.   We have a roundup of turkey recipes that are perfect for a quick and easy menu plan!

Quick and Easy Weeknight Meals Menu Plan:

Monday:  3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Turkey Breast, Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and Stuffing

Tuesday:  Crock Pot Turkey Tetrazzini, 7up Rolls and for dessert Easy Cherry Dump Cake

Wednesday:  Turkey and Dumplings, side salad and for dessert Caramel Brownie Sundae

Thursday: Slow Cooker Turkey Chili served with sour cream, shredded cheese and crackers

Friday:  Turkey Melt Sandwich, Homemade Sweet Potato Fries and for dessert Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Saturday:  Turkey Party Buns and for dessert Twix Bars

Sunday:  Turkey Burritos served with lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese and avocado slices

Wow, I never realized that you could cook a turkey breast in the slow cooker. How does the texture come out? I am OBSESSED with crispy skin and refuse to cook a turkey that doesn't produce it. Love that you are able to really stretch your dollar for meals all week.

I am always looking for quick and easy meals for us! With how much we travel and John’s schedule it can be hard to find time to cook. Chili is one of his favorites cause then he takes leftovers to lunch the next day sounds delicious!

I have made chili in the crock pot many times but didn't realize I could make a whole turkey breast in there! I love turkeybreast and then all the left over possibilities so this is incredible news to me! Thanks so much for sharing, the food looks delicious!

I had no idea you could bake a turkey in a crockpot? How did I not ever think of this? I am out of the house working more now as my kids get older and the crockpot has been a lie save. But I think my family is getting sick of the same old recipes. Thanks for some new ideas!

I love quick and easy recipes. My kids always ask me to play with them after school so I dont have much time to prepare and cook foods.

I love reading about quick meals because there's limited time we have to prepare food for the day and even the next day. Weeknight meals are most challenging to do because we have work the next day and we have to wake up early. These turkey recipes look really nice and delicious.
