Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta Taste Test

Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta Taste Test. I was recently asked to do a taste comparison between Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta and "regular white pasta".  My son LOVES pasta.  He would eat it seven nights a week, if I would let him. I was very interested to compare the two pastas because learning that Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta contains Calcium, Vitamin D and Fiber I was hoping that it would win.

Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta Taste Test

Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta Taste Test:

I prepared the Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta and a "regular white pasta".  First, I gave my son a cooked strand of each, and he made no mention of one tasting different than the other.  Then I prepared a plate with each covered in his favorite sauce and again no mention that one tasted any different.  What is funny though is he likes to eat "uncooked pasta" and when I gave him a piece of each he said, I like the one in the purple box better.  After comparing the two pasta's there is no choice for me.  I will purchase the Ronzoni Smart Taste because it is enriched with Calcium, Vitamin D and Fiber and my son enjoyed eating it!

I have to say that my husband and I really liked the flavor of the Ronzoni Smart Taste better than the "regular white pasta".  It had a better flavor that the "other pasta".   It had a good texture and was delicious.  I liked that I was providing my family pasta enriched with Calcium, Vitamin D and Fiber.  It made me feel good to provide my son a meal that he enjoys and that I know is good for him.  Anytime I can "sneak in" some minerals and Fiber I will always go with that choice!  It also contains Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron, and Folate.

I also find that Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta is affordable, and I often see coupons available for it.  I would definitely stockpile Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta and I also learned that they have a whole wheat pasta that I am interested in trying too!

Just wanted to let you know my family really likes the Ronzoni pasta. We eat both the whole wheat and white. A friend gave me the tip of adding a splash of olive oil in while the pasta is boiling and that helps the wheat pasta from getting sticky. Both delicious!!!
