I love salami rolls! They are perfect for a snack, appetizer or on the go. In the summertime I make the rolls to take to the pool to munch on for lunch. They also make great road trip food 🙂 The picture above shows the salami rolls I made for Melissa and I when we went to Mixed Conference in December.
If you use Hormel Natural Choice Salami when making these rolls it is gluten free. You can use previously frozen creme cheese too!
Did you know that you can freeze cream cheese? It works great and saves money! I like to purchase cream cheese in bulk on sale and stockpile it for recipes. Check out this post Can You Freeze Cream Cheese to find out how!
When making these rolls how much salami or cream cheese you will need depends on how much you will be making.
