Skin On Mashed Golden Potatoes is a perfect side dish for chicken or beef. I love this recipe because it is naturally gluten free for my family. All you need is 4 ingredients! Yes that's right only four ingredients which consists of golden potatoes, salted butter, milk and pepper.
These scrumptious potatoes can be whipped up in 20 minutes. And anyone who knows me, knows I love to be able to make my dinners in as little time as possible especially during the week. So next time you are in need of a side dish be sure to try Skin on Mashed Golden Potatoes!

Skin On Mashed Golden Potatoes
- 8 - 10 whole gold potatoes
- ¼ cup salted butter
- ½ cup milk
- dash pepper to taste
- Place potatoes in pot and fill with water until potatoes are covered.
- Bring pot to a boil.
- Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until fork tender.
- Drain water from pot.
- Add butter and milk.
- Mash everything together.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
