Skin On Mashed Golden Potatoes is a perfect side dish for chicken or beef.
- 8 - 10 whole gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- dash pepper to taste
- Place potatoes in pot and fill with water until potatoes are covered.
- Bring pot to a boil.
- Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until fork tender.
- Drain water from pot.
- Add butter and milk.
- Mash everything together.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
If you do not have salted butter, you can use regular butter and add salt to taste.
