Strawberry Cream Smoothie is a great way to start your morning! This Smoothie is so refreshing and good for you. I love to make a smoothie in the morning for breakfast or after a workout. Smoothies are also great for that mid afternoon snack time! I often make one before I head to school to pick up Peyton. This smoothie is so delicious that sometimes I substitute it as a dessert too! The protein in the yogurt helps fill me up. It is naturally gluten free (just be sure to use a gluten free yogurt). I hope you enjoy making and drinking smoothies as much as I do. This is a great recipe for beginners too!

Weight Watchers Points Plus = 3 Points
Strawberry Cream Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 16 oz coconut milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Place all ingredients into blender and mix well.
Mix until smooth or your desired consistency.
Pour in cup and enjoy!
