Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole is a great hot breakfast meal for the weekend or on Christmas morning! I like to make this on most holiday mornings because I can prep it ahead of time the night before and just add a few things in the morning, then pop it in the oven. I promise you everyone will love this delicious breakfast casserole and you will not have any leftovers, at least that was the case in my house.
