If my tortellini has been in the freezer, should I thaw it in the fridge overnight before cooking? Or could I throw it in the water frozen?

Haley I am unsure if the tortellini would cook properly if thrown in as frozen. I personally would thaw it in the fridge overnight. Let me know how it turns out for you! 🙂
