Uses and Benefits of Using Essential Oils For Pain Relief

Check out these Uses and Benefits of Essential Oil for Pain Relief. Did you know you can use essential oil for pain relief?  It is true!  I like to use a soothing blend of essential oils when possible. I am an open-heart survivor and without the use of essential oils to manage pain relief.  It is amazing not only how quickly it works but also how long it lasts.  It is a natural pain reliever.

Uses and Benefits Essential Oils for Pain Relief:

      • • Apply on feet and knees before and after exercise
      • • Perfect for a soothing massage after a long day of house work
      • • Massage with carrier oil onto growing kids’ legs before bedtime

How To Use Deep Blue Essential Oil:

          • Apply directly to tired aching joints
          • Rub on muscles before and after exercise to reduce discomfort
          • Use with carrier oil for a therapeutic deep tissue massage

After a long day of work or physical activity, many of us could use some soothing comfort. Using a blend of essential oils is just what you need.  This combination of Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Helichrysum and Osmanthus work together to provide a cooling effect and can be a comforting part of a massage. For topical use only.

From Denise C – I just tried this soothing blend on my bad knee. It kills me  whenever the weather is going to change. The relief was instant and almost  complete.

From Teresa C - Deep blue melts my back  pain away and I was able to walk all day with the  school field trip with no pain!

I hope you enjoy these Uses and Benefits of Essential Oil for Pain Relief.

I massaged 3 drops of deep blue essential oil along with a carrier oil on my husbands back....applied more carrier oil to my hands, wiped my hands with a cloth, Washed my hands well & 30 minutes later I took ibuprofen for myself. About an hour later I really feel very tired and relaxed...maybe I am being paranoid but is this an effect of coming in contact with the essential oil and taking ibuprofen? Is it dangerous to take ibuprofen and have come in contact with deep blue? I am new to essential oils & I am still not comfortable with them yet. Please let me know your thoughts on this combination.

You are totally fine to take OTC with essential oils. No concerns! You also can't "OD" on essential oils. Enjoy the relaxation! Deep Blue may be relaxing for you! 🙂 You can also wear latex gloves if you need too.

Is it okay to add Deep Blue oil to the bathtub with Epsom salts? My whole body hurts from a recent workout.

This oil is for for topical use only. I wouldn't suggest it but a nice massage using deep blue is amazing after a workout!
