    Here's our Weekly Menu Plan to help save us time and money in the kitchen!

    Enjoy our Weekly Menu Plan that we have made!  We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. We are in the midst of getting ready for back to school, so we have been very busy with school preparations.  This menu plan helps y not worry about "what's for dinner". When your menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftover or dining out night if desired).

    The term "Brinner" is when you have typical Breakfast foods for dinner!

    We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

    Weekly Menu Plan:

    Monday - Shrimp Stir Fry served over steamed rice and for dessert Two Ingredient Mango Sorbet

    Tuesday - Fried Chicken Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix and for dessert Reese Pieces Cookies

    Wednesday - Baked Spaghetti Recipe with garlic bread and for dessert Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

    Thursday - "Brinner" Strawberry Banana Pancakes, Fried Goetta and Fried Apples

    Friday - Chicken Tator Tot Bake and for dessert Gooey Chocolate Cookie Bars

    Saturday -  Salmon with Mango Salsa, Roasted Broccoli and for dessert Lemon Dream Cheesecake 

    Sunday -  Crockpot Beef Stew served with Sour Cream Rolls and for dessert DIY Snickers

      What is Goetta? I have never heard of it.

        Goetta is a meat-and-grain sausage or mush of German inspiration that is popular in the greater Cincinnati area. It is primarily composed of ground meat (pork, or pork and beef), pin-head oats and spices
