What is on sale in February? In February you can find lots of great deals!  Be on the lookout for the following items on sale in February.  Also be sure to read this post on understanding the sales cycle and it will help you save big with or without coupons.

What is on sale in February?

Valentine's Day - Look for sales after the 14th.  Flowers, Chocolate, Perfume and Jewelry plus Valentine's Day decorations will go on sale after the holiday.

President's Day Weekend Sales - Will include clothes and appliances.

Winter Coats - this is a great time to purchase for next year.  It is safe to purchase 1-2 size larger for children.  Keep the tags on for resale value in case they do outgrow them before the season, and you can resell.  Department stores are a great place to check.  They tend to offer 5075% off sales on coats.

Summer Items - If you need to purchase an air conditioner, fan, grill or outdoor equipment this may be a good time to look before prices increase for the busy summer season.  I often find lawn toys up to half off.

Boats - this is the season for boat shows and discounts. If you are looking for boat this is a great time to check out prices.

Grocery - Cabbage, Potatoes, Onions, Artichoke, Asparagus, Raspberries, Strawberries, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chard, Collards, Kale, Kiwi, Avocado, Spinach
