We are having a Whole 30 Recipes Week here at StockpilingMoms this coming week! If you are participating in the Whole 30 program or just thinking about it one of the best pieces of advice is to menu plan your week. You will do 100% better on this plan if you menu plan. We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and if you are on the Whole 30 you want to eliminate temptations for failure.
When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired). We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.
