Slow Cooker Garlic Gravy Roast Recipe

  • 3-5 lb beef roast
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic more or less on your preference
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 packet 3.5 oz brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • salt and pepper to season if desired


  1. Place roast in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle garlic all over.
  3. Season with brown gravy mix, salt and pepper if using.
  4. Pour in beef broth around the edges of the roast.
  5. Place stick of butter on top and place lid on.
  6. Cook on low for 10 hours.
  7. Remove and shred, serve.
